Our two room suite was fantastic, a very good size. The bathroom was huge as well. Only a 5 minute walk to the shopping area. Breakfast was pretty good but there could have been a little more. The waitresses at breakfast were very nice and helpful.

The staff was really nice, helpfull and knowledgeable. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. We were there in the summer, and we had a table set up for us in the nice garden. We took a bus to the cable car to go hiking the mountains. The bus stop was close by (but I guess if you have skis, its a bit far) and buses leave every half hour. Brunico is 5 min away, by foot, and I was surprised by how charming the town center was. The room was excellent, and on the top floor with av nice view.

the room was really comfortable, and the breakfast was great!
The spa is not so big as advertised, and it's closed all the morning. It is open just from 15:00 to 20:00

Wow! This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and old town where all the amazing restaurants are. And there was even a supermarket nearby! The design of the hotel was beautiful, with a cozy Tyrolean style that made me feel like I was in a chalet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views from the balcony and terrace of the garden, pool, and mountains. The bathroom was large and equipped with both a tub and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and we even got a card for free transportation throughout South Tyrol. The free parking and excellent WiFi were also a big plus. This hotel was the perfect starting point for exploring the Dolomites and South Tyrol. I highly recommend it!
